Project Title: A comprehensive communications and marketing strategy to support health and wellbeing of a large government agency

Project description:

ZEST Health Strategies has worked with a large NSW government agency to support a comprehensive workplace health and wellbeing program. The agency has a diverse workforce of over 10,000 employees in various roles and locations across metropolitan Sydney.

The health and wellbeing program seeks to reduce employees’ health risks and support a healthy, engaged and productive workforce. ZEST worked with NSW Goverment to develop and roll out a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy to promote employee engagement with the program.

Key achievements have included:

  • An evidence-based strategy to effectively support employee behaviour change and health and wellbeing
  • An overall program identity, including look and feel, campaign brand and logo
  • An wide range of engaging multimedia collateral (posters, flyers and brochures), videos and photo libraries
  • A monitoring and evaluation plan to track progress and measure achievements.
